I remove quotidian found objects from their normal context and re-structure them from other perspectives, in an attempt to break some presupposed boundaries. The functions and forms of the materials are often changed during the process. I explore the relationships between art, science and nature to create work consciously and subconsciously that could provoke thoughts. As a continuous journey, I am constantly in search of something metaphysical and philosophical that is outside the material surfaces of the objects.
There is no limit to the kind of materials that I use for my work. It varies in each case, just like the context for displaying also changes. Very often, I let the process of making takes the lead and generates thoughts while the work is being created. I hope to keep experimenting, to open up questions and possibilities for placing things, and to let the materials and objects speak for themselves.
